Barrett Bishop wins WWS Finale – Landon Moody wins WWS Title

**Wednesday, June 3rd – Kern Raceway (Bakersfield, CA) – Wild West Shootout Finale**

The NDRL Super Late Models Summer Series rolled into Kern Raceway on Wednesday night for the third and final night of the Wild West Shootout. With a championship on the line and a 50-lap feature ahead, the stage was set for an exciting night of racing.

A strong field of 12 Super Late Models signed in to compete. When qualifying wrapped up, Curtis Bishop topped the charts and earned Quick Time honors.

The field was then split into two 8-lap heat races. Ethan Toedter captured the victory in Heat Race #1, while Landon Moody took the checkered flag in Heat Race #2.

With the preliminaries complete, it was time for the 50-lap Wild West Shootout Finale. Ethan Toedter and Landon Moody led the field to the green flag and charged into Turn 1. Toedter grabbed the early advantage and paced the field for the opening four laps before Barrett Bishop made his move to the front.

Once out front, Bishop was simply untouchable. Despite two cautions slowing the action, he maintained control throughout the remainder of the race and never looked back. When the checkered flag flew, Barrett Bishop completed a clean sweep of the Wild West Shootout week by collecting his third victory in three nights.

While Bishop celebrated in Victory Lane, Landon Moody’s consistent performance throughout the week earned him the 2026 Wild West Shootout Championship.
